Amazon Interview Coaching with Day One Careers is our 1-to-1 service focused on the behavioral side of the Amazon interview. We help you improve Leadership Principle stories, STAR structure, follow-up handling, and the overall quality of your interview evidence.

This service is for candidates interviewing with Amazon across technical and non-technical roles. That includes software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, program managers, TPMs, marketers, operators, finance candidates, HR candidates, and senior leadership candidates who need help with the behavioral portion of the process.

Yes. Behavioral interviews matter across Amazon job families, so we coach candidates from many different backgrounds. What changes from role to role is the type of story that lands well, the level of ownership expected, and the way impact should be articulated.

No. We specialize in Amazon behavioral interview preparation only. If you need coding, system design, or other technical interview prep, this is not the right service.

Yes. That is a core part of the service. We help you choose stronger examples, tighten your STAR format, improve your storytelling, and show more credible business impact in your answers.

The sessions run for 60 minutes. During the session, we will typically work through your answers to 1-2 behavioral interview questions, each based on one Leadership Principle. You can expect around 20-30 minutes of feedback per session, plus concrete guidance on what to fix before the real interview.

The earlier the better, especially if you still need to build or improve your stories. That said, coaching can also be useful closer to the interview date when you need fast calibration, sharper answers, and better preparation for follow-up questions.

No. You can book standalone coaching at any stage. If you would like structured teaching and tools alongside your session, choose the $199 Amazon Interview Preparation System.

A standalone $149 course excludes coaching and AI access. The $199 Amazon Interview Preparation System includes the course, four weeks of AI access, and one 60-minute coaching session.

Most candidates leave our sessions with a clearer sense of which stories to use, how to tell them more effectively, how to answer follow-up questions, and how to demonstrate business impact with more confidence and specificity.

The current fee for Amazon Interview Coaching sessions is $179 for a 60-minute (one-hour) session.

Yes- we provide recordings of your Amazon Interview Coaching session. This will be deleted within 48 hours after the coaching session.

Our in-person coaching services are in high demand. While we will do all we can to accommodate most candidates, we cannot guarantee availability.

The $179 standalone booking includes a 60-minute founder-led coaching session. Choose the $199 Amazon Interview Preparation System for the course, four weeks of AI access and a coaching session together.

We have a strict no cancellations or re-schedules policy. All reschedules must be agreed upon with the coach.

We operate a strict round-robin system between GG and Evgeny, which gives you the availability of the next available coach. All first-time bookings must adhere to the round-robin.

We won't review any recordings of Amazon interviews. Although we appreciate some countries or states allow recording people without their consent, we consider it an ethical issue, that we have taken our own position on.
