Digital Products Fulfilment

Day One Careers offers digital preparation packages for candidates preparing for behavioural interviews with Amazon. These packages may include:

  • Course materials, such as videos, PDFs, and downloadable resources;
  • Access to AI Story Bank for storing interview responses and running unlimited AI story reviews while access is active, subject to fair use and our discretion;
  • Access to one-on-one coaching sessions.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our products, you agree that:

  • Courses and Course Materials: Once access is provided, the sale is final. No returns or refunds are available.
  • AI Story Bank Access: Standalone AI Story Bank access is sold as a subscription and includes unlimited AI story reviews while access is active, subject to fair use, abuse prevention, technical safeguards, service availability, and Day One Careers's sole discretion. Bundled access is included for the duration stated on the relevant course or coaching sales page.
  • Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching sessions are final upon booking. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fair Use of AI-Powered Features

Any reference to "unlimited" AI Story Bank access, AI Story Review runs, or other AI-powered feature usage means ordinary, individual use during the applicable access period. Day One Careers reserves the right to monitor usage and to throttle, suspend, limit, or otherwise restrict access to AI-powered features, without refund or liability, where it determines that usage is excessive, automated, abusive, commercial, harmful to service availability, inconsistent with the intended personal interview preparation use, or otherwise detrimental to Day One Careers, other users, or third-party providers.

Coaching Session Rescheduling

Rescheduling of coaching sessions may be considered at our sole discretion, provided that a formal request is made. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on coach availability. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions, regardless of the reason.

All Sales Are Final

All sales made via our website are as-is and final. We strive to provide accurate information regarding the content and value of each package, and it is your responsibility to review this information before making a purchase.

Discretionary Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may make discretionary exceptions to the fulfilment policy. Any such exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, and granting an exception does not imply any obligation for future or other exceptions.
